14-day money-back guarantee. If HaulHawk isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment - no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, either:

go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used at checkout and choose "Request refund", or
reply to your Paddle receipt email, or write to us at omvstudio.dev@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5-10 business days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund of a renewal payment within 14 days of that renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your receipt email or at paddle.net. Your access stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Free trial

The free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund - and nothing is charged when it ends unless you buy a plan.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
